  • 1.5-2 lb turkey tenderloin
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth or apple cider, or white wine
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Choose a 3- to 4-quart crock pot and lightly grease it or use a liner.
  • Pat the turkey tenderloin dry with paper towels.
  • Rub the turkey with olive oil.
  • Mix garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, black pepper, and salt in a small bowl.
  • Coat the turkey evenly with the seasoning blend.
  • (Optional) Sear the turkey in a skillet for 2-3 minutes on each side for extra flavor.
  • Place the turkey in the center of the crock pot.
  • Pour 1/2 cup of broth (or chosen liquid) into the crock pot.
  • Add aromatics like onions or garlic around the turkey (optional).
  • Cover and cook on LOW for 4-6 hours or HIGH for 2-3 hours.
  • Check doneness with a meat thermometer; it should reach 165°F (74°C).
  • Let the turkey rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
