- 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 1/2 cup Frank’s RedHot® Buffalo Sauce
- 1/2 cup blue cheese or ranch dressing
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles optional
- Chopped green onions for garnish
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, mix softened cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
Stir in Frank’s RedHot Buffalo Sauce and blue cheese or ranch dressing.
Add shredded chicken and mix gently.
Fold in shredded cheddar and optional blue cheese crumbles.
Transfer to an oven-safe baking dish and bake for 20–25 minutes, until bubbly and golden.
Let cool for 5 minutes.
Garnish with green onions and serve warm with chips or celery sticks.
